Affordable Heating Services is a family run gas, heating and plumbing business based in Cradley Heath, West Midlands. This page explains what happens to the personal details you give us through this website.

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the town or postcode you enter, the service you are asking about and the message you write. If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead, we receive whatever details you choose to share in that message.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange any work you book with us. If we service your boiler we may send you a text the following year to remind you that the next service is due. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and stored securely by the website provider, Ryan Does Marketing, so that we can see a record of enquiries. Details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to keep proper business records.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are added in future they will be used only to understand how the site is used, not to identify you personally.
